If our repair service network can’t fix your device, we’ll provide you with $150 for the inconvenience of having to find your own repair service or to use toward the purchase of a working device. Afterward, you’ll need to visit the “My Account” page on assurantprotection.com/cpr/my-account to provide details of your fixed or new device. Your device will also need to pass a diagnostic test to ensure that it’s in working condition.
